Press-ready
separations.
Without the hours.
InkPilot turns a single piece of artwork into clean, registered separation files — spot, simulated process, index, halftone — in one guided pass. No Photoshop channels. No guesswork.
Four steps from art to screen
A linear, guided flow built around how a real shop actually preps a job — no panel-diving, no destructive edits.

One engine, every job
BUILT FOR THE PEOPLE BEHIND THE PRINT
Shop owners, production managers, and in-house designers who separate by hand — and lose billable hours to it.
Traditional Workflow
- [01] 30–90 minutes per job buried in channels and curves
- [02] Inconsistent results between designers and files
- [03] Moiré, blown underbases, and reprints on press
- [04] A skill locked inside one person who can't take a day off
With InkPilot
- [01] A registered, press-ready file set in about 90 seconds
- [02] Repeatable recipes — same input, same output, every time
- [03] Press-simulated preview catches problems before the screen
- [04] Anyone on the floor can prep a job confidently

Before you start a design
Q1What do I upload, and what do I get back?+
Drop in PNG, TIFF, JPG, PSD, AI or SVG. InkPilot returns a registered file set: one film-ready file per channel plus a layered master, sized to your print with registration marks already in place.
Q2Do I need Photoshop?+
No. The entire separation happens in InkPilot. If you do live in Photoshop, the layered export opens cleanly with channels intact so you can fine-tune.
Q3Which mode should I pick?+
Upload your art and InkPilot recommends one — spot for clean vector work, simulated process for photoreal art on darks, index for gradients, halftone for one-color tonal jobs. You can override and tune every recipe.
Q4Can I control LPI, angle and dot shape?+
Yes. Set line count, dot shape, screen angle, ink limits and underbase per channel — or save a recipe and reuse it across jobs.
Q5Do points expire?+
No, your points never expire. Purchase a pack once and use your points whenever a job comes in.
Q6Is my artwork private?+
Your files are yours. Artwork is processed for your design only, never used to train anything, and can be deleted at any time.
